After a little cuddle/play with your little one we start winding down for their nap together.

Post Settling we sit down with a cuppa in hand and discuss your 35 page Bespoke Sleep plan.

This plan is tailored to your family dynamics, goals & child's temperament. It is incredible comprehensive;

Recurring night wakings, Catnapping, Schedule issues, Behavioural and Developmental Milestones, Regressions, Self settling, Re-settling, Early morning rise, Bedtime Battles, Nutrition & So much more

Re-settling Support During the 2 hours if needed
